Courses
The Faculty of Humanities Koper offers a number of study programmes within which a wide range of internationally recognised applied course combinations are available. Students can choose from the fields of cultural and natural heritage, geography, anthropology, cultural studies, philosophy, linguistics, literary studies, visual culture, media studies, drama, theatre studies and creative writing.
As the credit system of student assessment has already been fully implemented at FHS, this allows students to tailor their studies to pursue an individualised degree programme, by combining the study of their major specialism with courses at other institutions within the University of Primorska, or with courses at other universities in Slovenia and abroad. Standardised European assessment methods underlies all the study programmes offered by the Faculty.
Undergraduate courses, which lead to a university degree at the 6/2 level, can be extended into internationally recognized postgraduate programmes at levels 2 and 3 as well as into masters degree courses and/or doctorates.
